Is Free really unlimited?
Yes. Moderation, anticheat, automations, tickets, stats and the mobile app are included for as many servers and members as you like. There is no trial period.
What is a covered server?
A server that gets the Pro features. Pro 5 covers 5, Pro 10 covers 10, Pro Unlimited covers them all. The others keep everything that is free.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your servers go back to Free and keep every free feature, without losing any data.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, from the Billing page. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.
What is the founder price?
A reduced price on Pro 5, locked in for life, that the Handler team grants to the first communities that join.
How does billing work?
Card payment through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT and every payment comes with an invoice, available from the Billing page.
I'm coming from another tool, do I lose my data?
No. Nothing is touched on your old tool, and we help you bring over what can be exported: players, bans, notes, reserved slots, rotation. It's free, and you approve a preview before anything is imported.
