Moderate your Wardogs server live.

Your bans and rules apply even when nobody from the team is online.

You need RCON access to the server and a block to paste into its config.

The control tower during a match on Bakurani: live kills, players of the three factions, population and match settings.

From the control tower

Follow the match
The score of the three factions, every player's K/D and ping, every kill with the weapon.
Act on a player
Kick them, down them, message them or move them to another team.
Change the match
Map, lighting, end of match, message to the whole server.

Bans that enforce themselves

Ban a player even when they are offline: the ban lands the moment they come back.

  • On one server or the whole organization, for 3 days or for good.
  • Their profile gathers their names, fights, sanctions and your team's notes.
  • The audit log keeps every action.

Cheaters spotted

Every kill is analyzed, and you see why a player looks suspicious.

  • One case per player, with the kills involved.
  • You decide: clear, kick or ban.
  • Blatant cases can be sanctioned automatically.

Player reports arrive as tickets

A player reports a problem from your public page, with the match and the players involved.

  • Review the match and the players' history without leaving the ticket.
  • Reply to the player or discuss it between moderators.
  • New tickets reach you on Discord or on your phone.

Install a collector
  • A single static binary of about 3 MB, for Linux amd64 and arm64, installed with systemd on Debian or Ubuntu.
  • Signed releases (minisign) and daily automatic updates you can turn off.
  • About 1.7 MB of memory per server at 100 players.
  • Optionally, RCON passwords are sealed for your collectors: Handler can't read them.

Questions

What do I need to get started?

Your server's address, port and RCON password, and access to its ServerSettings.ini file.

Does Handler touch my game config?

Only for what you change from the site, like the rotation or reserved slots. Every version is kept and can be restored in one click.

Where are my servers hosted?

Your server stays with your host. Handler connects to it remotely over RCON.

Is my RCON password safe?

It is encrypted and never shown again, not even to your team.

Do all my moderators need to be admins?

No. Each member has a role, on the whole organization or on some servers. You can create your own roles.

Is Handler available in English?

Yes. The site and the apps come in English and in French.

Is it free?

Yes, with no limit on servers or members. Pro adds extras for those who want more.
